You can easily add a property by pasting a Finn.no link. The property information will then be fetched automatically. You can also add properties by entering the address.

You can either create new properties or use existing ones in the calculator. Here, you can easily switch between Rental and Flip, and fill in the necessary information to get calculations and an overview. Video walkthrough of the calculator: Watch video.

Finn-klipp automatically extracts key information from Finn listings. This helps streamline and simplify your calculations. With the Basic plan, you get 5 new Finn-klipps each month. With the Premium plan, you have unlimited Finn-klipps.

Paste a Finn.no listing to generate a rental estimate. This is based on thousands of listings and lease contracts, providing a good indication of expected rental income.

To cancel your subscription, go to Account → Subscription, find the active plan, and click 'Cancel'.

Go to Account -> Information and then press Delete account at the bottom of the page to delete your account.
